Father's Day Shopping

Hey!  This is Megan.  It's that time of year again...Father's Day Gift Shopping.  My dad is one of the hardest people to shop for.  But, this year I'm prepared.  I successfully did all my Father's Day (and his subsequent birthday on the next weekend) shopping at Child's Play!  That's right, I discovered that the toy store is the perfect spot to shop for my dad.  And, there are a lot more options than I expected! You know what's cooler than a 2-D puzzle?  A 3-D puzzle!!  We've done a lot of flat puzzles in the past, but this is going to be a totally new experience!

My dad is a machinist and spends all day milling and grinding metal into precise shapes and patterns.  So, how perfect are these?  Punch out the pieces then carefully assemble into space ships, famous buildings and more!

Dad will be ever ready for ping pong with this kit!  Turn any table into a ping pong table!  I feel a tournament coming on!

Then, if you happen to injure yourself during ping pong (which dads are prone to do) use a Make Ur Own band aid to get doctored up.  Use the provided pens to make designs or write silly messages.

My dad loves wind up toys, and I bet yours does too.  When he visits me at the store he makes a bee line for the wind ups and hangs out there until I'm ready to go.  Wind ups = instant gift success.  And, they're adorable tied on top of a package.

So, yeah - Child's Play is by no means just for kids.  Well, maybe it's just for those with a kid at heart.  But, isn't that everyone?

Thanks for reading!

Have a fantastic day!
